Our Beluga Sturgeon caviar is a hybrid of Huso Huso (Beluga) and Acipenser Ruthenus (Sturgeon). This combination is among the finest Beluga caviars in the market, closest to the world-famous caviar of wild Beluga from the Caspian Sea, now critically endangered. This species is farm-raised in Bulgaria with excellent quality, considered by us a significant achievement in caviar farming. Egg color is individual to every fish and varies from light to dark gray. All color eggs offer the same, unique and fantastic taste sensation.
