Returns and Exchanges
If it is necessary to return or exchange merchandise, please email us at support@finecaviar.com. All Fine Foods Trading perishable products are guaranteed to be fresh on delivery and should be inspected by customers immediately upon arrival. If a problem exists with a perishable product, credit can't be granted if unsatisfactory items are discarded or partially consumed. All returned products will be thoroughly inspected prior to granting credit or refund. All claims must be made within twenty-four hours of receipt to qualify for a return authorization number (This number will allow you to return a perishable product). No returns will be accepted without this number.
If the error is ours, we will gladly refund the return postage. If you ordered the wrong item or you changed your mind about the merchandise, the responsibility for return postage is yours, but we will happily replace the merchandise at your shipping expense if it is returned in perfect condition. All returns and exchanges are subject to a 15% restocking fee due to the perishable nature of the merchandise.
All returns must be shipped to the return address indicated on the package.
Cancellations or Modifications
Cancellations or modifications to your existing order may be placed at least 1 day prior to the arranged shipping date. Cancellations or modifications after the order has been shipped will not be accepted. If you need to cancel or modify an order prior to the shipping deadline, please email us at support@finecaviar.com to make necessary adjustments. Please include your order number and billing address when requesting a cancellation or modification.
