This delicious vegetarian caviar is produced in Canada, using seaweed as the primary ingredient. Even though two of the flavors are named Sturgeon and Salmon, this caviar is made strictly from plant extract to create a 100% vegetarian product. Kelp offers not only an authentic caviar taste but also incredible health benefits, all at an extremely affordable price. There are currently four flavors available: Sturgeon, Salmon, Spicy Chili, and Truffle, all of which bring taste and versatility to the table. Great for appetizers, crepes, salads, shrimp pizza, and baked seafood, though our favorite has to be with eggs.
